Vortex Finance – Short Terms & Conditions

These Short Terms provide a high-level summary of how Vortex operates. They are legally binding. A detailed version of the Terms ("FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS") is available and applies in full.
1. Nature of the Service
Vortex provides a technical routing and aggregation layer for fiat–crypto and crypto–fiat transactions. Vortex is not a bank, payment institution, exchange, broker, custodian, or wallet provider. Transactions are executed by regulated third-party partners.
2. No Custody
Vortex never holds customer fiat funds or crypto-assets. Funds move between the user's wallet/bank and the relevant third-party partner.
3. Compliance & KYC
All required KYC, KYB, AML, and transaction monitoring is performed by Vortex's regulated partners and their compliance providers. If verification fails, transactions may be blocked or reversed.
4. Quotes, Execution & Finality
All prices are shown as quotes and may change. A transaction is only final once confirmed by the payment partner and blockchain settlement.
5. Fees & Pricing
Fees are displayed before confirmation. Third-party banking, blockchain, or processing fees may apply. Promotional pricing may change at any time.
6. Technology & Market Risk
Crypto-assets and exchange rates are volatile. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Users bear full market, execution, and technical risk.
7. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes. Vortex does not provide tax advice.
8. Service Availability
Vortex may suspend or modify services at any time due to maintenance, compliance, liquidity, or regulatory requirements.
9. Prohibited Use
The Services must not be used for illegal activity, sanctions violations, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other prohibited conduct.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortex is not liable for indirect, consequential, or market-related losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [●]. Disputes are subject to the courts or arbitration specified in the Full Terms.
